As both a parent and the Parent Coordinator at Mott Hall Community School, I understand how important it is for families to feel connected, supported, and empowered in their child’s education. I am dedicated to building strong partnerships between home and school by creating meaningful opportunities for parent involvement, connecting families with valuable resources, fostering open communication, and helping ensure every parent feels welcomed, heard, and equipped to support their child’s success both inside and outside the classroom.

The Parent Coordinator supports strong partnerships between families and the school. Roles and Responsibilities:

The Parent Coordinator is a member of the school staff and is supervised by the school principal.
Each Parent Coordinator should partner with and support the work of the school parent/teacher association, school leadership team, community groups and parent advisory councils.
